Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at The Tri-M Group, LLC. As a key member of our commercial electrical services team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including branch circuits, distribution systems, lighting systems, and motor control systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform repairs as needed.
  • Conduct on-the-job training of apprentices and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Requisition materials and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in the electrical trade.
  • Completion of a state-approved apprenticeship program and a valid Maryland and Delaware Electrical Journeyperson License.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and mechanical aptitude.
  • Confident, decisive, and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
