Job Summary:

As a Casino Games Supervisor at Harrah's Atlantic City, you will be responsible for inspiring others with a clear direction, demonstrating a high level of commitment and energy in all endeavors. You will consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills and act as a positive role model for all employees. Your primary goal will be to convey positive energy and enthusiasm, focusing on guest interaction, and continuously improve service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data, and behavior. You will communicate service breakdowns and team plans in buzz sessions and facilitate opportunity-seeking meetings to consistently involve all team members in service improvements. You will immediately address service breakdowns and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. You will keep the team well-informed of property promotions and events. You will develop highly skilled, successful employees, set realistic and measurable service standards, and hold employees accountable for meeting them. You will clearly communicate and enforce company expectations, including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals, and business strategy. You will address employee performance issues, coach for improvement, and provide ongoing feedback. You will use EOS data to improve the workplace, listen and respond to employees, recognize and reward individual and team performance. You will consistently follow company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and complete performance reviews timely. You will take personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of luck. You will oversee the operations of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with government and company regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies and procedures. You will ensure proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision. You will verify all gaming table transactions in supervised areas. You will maintain awareness of activity on games in areas of supervision, settle disputes that may arise, and escalate issues when appropriate. You will verify issuance of credit after completion of all authorization procedures. You will motivate dealers to provide superior customer service while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace. You will directly be responsible for customer service objectives. When functioning as a Dealer, you will conduct assigned games according to procedure. You will exchange cash for gaming chips according to procedure. You will cooperate with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps). You will control the pace of the game. You will inform the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play. You must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Employees will be evaluated periodically to determine suitability to continue in dual-rate function. You will participate in the supervision, operation, and/or support of Caesars multi-casino Bad Beat system. Requirements:

Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations as applied to the games under supervision. Supervisory, communication, and organizational skills. Direct dealing experience with the games contained in assigned pit areas. Disclaimer:
