Business Development Representative II

TruGreen is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at commercial properties, including property managers, facility managers, and other stakeholders
- Present and sell TruGreen's lawn care services and programs to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
