Job Title: Business Development Representative II

TruGreen is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at commercial properties, including property managers, facility managers, and other stakeholders
  • Present and sell TruGreen's lawn care services and programs to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
