Business Development Representative II

TruGreen is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with property management firms, large corporations, and sports-related facilities
- Present proposals for lawncare services and programs, and negotiate contracts
- Generate new business through prospecting and adding new commercial customers
- Utilize CRM system to manage projects, opportunities, and contact information
- Preferred Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience
- Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, and industry or internal company-related experience
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Business Insight: Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals
- Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Being Resilient: Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
- Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
