About the Role

This HR Manager position involves acting as a liaison between management and employees, providing comprehensive information regarding policies, job roles, benefits, and advancement opportunities, ensuring accurate documentation of personnel changes, identifying and mitigating legal risks, overseeing employee complaint processes, managing staffing processes, coordinating new employee orientation, handling payroll processing, communicating and implementing policies, collaborating with Division HR, conducting employee training sessions, analyzing turnover and compensation data, upholding employee confidentiality, and adhering to safety and company regulations.

To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, prior experience in payroll administration, familiarity with Ulti-Pro software, proficiency in labor laws and regulations, computer literacy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
