Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Payroll Administration: Manage and process multi-state payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
  • HR Systems Management: Utilize and maintain HR systems for record-keeping, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data integrity across all HR processes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employee inquiries, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process and support managers in employee development.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and supplement insurance programs, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
