We are seeking skilled independent roofing professionals. Once engaged, these specialists will be contacted for assignments based on proximity to work orders, allowing for prompt and efficient service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems utilizing a variety of materials including shingles, tiles, and metal.
  • Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize protective gear when working at elevated heights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing.
  • Proficient in various roofing materials and installation methods, with specialization in at least one type (e.g., tile, metal, foam, TPO).
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Physical endurance to handle manual labor and work at heights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation Structure:

  • Payments made bi-weekly.

Verification Requirements:
Submission of a valid driving license and state roofing license is mandatory.
