Bilingual Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Trainer to join our team at North Texas Real Estate R. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality MLS training courses to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MLS training programs, including web-based courses and in-person training sessions.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date MLS training schedules, including input into our Association AMS system.
• Conduct training courses in both English and Spanish, either in-person or via podcast or webinar, at various locations in North Texas.
• Provide technical support to MLS subscribers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to MLS rules and regulations, data integrity policies, and procedures.
• Assist members with registration and cancellation for MLS classes via our Association AMS system or online member portal.
• Troubleshoot MLS system issues, documenting and reporting them to the vendor, tracking resolutions, and communicating with members and the department.
• Collaborate with the Senior MLS Instructor to develop newsletter articles and blogs, promoting MLS products, services, and training offerings.
• Respond to phone calls, voice mail, and email inquiries, maintaining digital record-keeping systems in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and speaking skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
