Bilingual Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Trainer to join our team at North Texas Real Estate R. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality MLS training courses to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement MLS training programs, including web-based courses and in-person training sessions.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date MLS training schedules, including input into our Association AMS system.
- Conduct training courses in both English and Spanish, either in-person or via podcast or webinar, at various locations in North Texas.
- Provide technical support to MLS subscribers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to MLS rules and regulations, data integrity policies, and procedures.
- Assist members with registration and cancellation for MLS classes via our Association AMS system or online member portal.
- Troubleshoot MLS system issues, documenting and reporting them to the vendor, tracking resolutions, and communicating with members and the department.
- Collaborate with the Senior MLS Instructor to develop newsletter articles and blogs, promoting MLS products, services, and training offerings.
- Respond to phone calls, voice mail, and email inquiries, maintaining digital record-keeping systems in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and speaking skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
