We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Resource Center Specialist II to join our team at Solugenix. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of member-centric customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and development, implementation, and analysis of CRC services, programming, and vendor management.
  • Implement the appropriate approach to identify member or visitor resource needs in complex situations and take action to link the member/visitor to the appropriate services, programs, or resources.
  • Actively identify gaps in CRC services, resources, and programs, deliver recommendations for new programs, and propose solutions for the implementation of new services.
  • Participate in day-to-day work operations, including opening and closing of the CRC, ordering, and maintaining office supplies, and inventory.
  • Coordinate, maintain, and schedule CRC calendar and conference rooms, including management of appointments.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • At least 6 months of community work focused on healthcare, public health, or health education, or at least 6 months of operations work experience, community events, leading projects, and supporting relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with data entry and reporting processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous experience in child development activities.
