Regional Center Facilitator

In this role, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting independence, socialization, and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one support to clients with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill acquisition, social-emotional development, and community participation.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans, incorporating client goals, needs, and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Document client progress, monitor task performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including some evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
