Job Overview

The Finance Project Administrator provides critical support to the Executive Vice President, CFO, and the Finance team. This role requires a high level of administrative expertise, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoices
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials
  • Assist with budget analysis, financial reporting, and data management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Agency officials, Commissioners, and the public

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
