Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Financial Administrative Associate to join our CNS Business Services team at the University of Texas at Austin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor college fiscal procedures, including faculty and department commitments, research gifts, and budgets.
  • Monitor the account reconciliation process for departments and provide assistance as needed.
  • Notify department contacts when account certifications are overdue.
  • Process new account requests, cash advances, service center requests, signature authorization change requests, and TX shop requests.
  • Create and/or approve various financial documents, including vouchers and transfers.
  • Manage the CNS Business Services financial email and respond to correspondence as appropriate.
  • Oversee the completion of mandated institutional reports, such as account certifications and balance reviews.
  • Maintain and update the CNS Business Services website content.
  • Manage special or ad hoc projects.
