We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefit Coordinator to join our team at RCIL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leave administration, facilitating accommodation requests, and communicating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage leave administration processes, including STD, FMLA, PFL, and Worker's Compensation claims.
- Facilitate accommodation requests under the ADA and communicate with vendors.
- Assist with employee insurance benefits and 401k plan.
- Coordinate various employee benefit events, such as the Benefit Fair and Open Enrollment.
- An associate's degree in a related field is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of experience in Human Resources is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- 16 annual vacation days, 12 annual sick days, and 13 annual paid holidays.
- 401K with up to 10% employer investment.
- Heavily subsidized health/vision/dental insurance.
