Position: Residential Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Confluence team to plan and facilitate engaging activities on the premises;
  • Assist in maintaining daily schedules and logistical operations;
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming home-like environment;
  • Adhere to state regulations regarding food service, dietary needs, and cleanliness;
  • Support dietary accommodations and prepare for potential food allergies;
  • Maintain accurate records related to food and residential expenses;
  • Help plan and prepare family-style meals;
  • Facilitate kitchen modules, guiding participants in meal preparation;
  • Assist in procuring necessary residential and culinary supplies;
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment;
  • Promote the principles of whole and unprocessed foods, diet, wellness, and cooking skills;
  • Develop and implement additional wellness activities for participants;
  • Manage household, hygiene, and office inventory;
  • Support weekend adventure meal planning and organization;
  • Assist with adventure day preparations and clean-up;
  • Conduct weekly facility audits and address any identified issues;
  • Work 40+ hours per week, primarily on campus, in a salaried-exempt role;
  • Participate in an on-call rotation after the initial employment period.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in food service, food safety, and allergy awareness;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams, manage schedules, and logistics;
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently;
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and other relevant software;
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
Compensation:
  • Annual salary;
  • CTO accrual of 220 hours per year;
