Job Description:

The Residential Coordinator reports directly to the Residential Director and works under the support and supervision of all Confluence Directors (Clinical, Program and Residential). The Residential Coordinator is responsible for working with the leadership team to facilitate programming, scheduling and logistics. The position involves direct service with program Participants to align and implement program activities with the therapeutic milieu and program objectives. Additionally, time is spent developing and planning module curriculum, seasonal plans, scheduling, documentation and other administrative work. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Confluence team in planning and facilitating activities in the farmhouse, with the garden and on the grounds;
  • Assist in maintaining the daily schedule and logistics; 
  • Maintain a welcoming, warm, home environment;
  • Meeting and upholding the state of Vermont’s regulations pertaining to food service, storage, meeting dietary needs, meal schedule documentation and cleanliness;
  • Assist with food substitutions for dietary restrictions and prepare sufficiently for potential food allergies of participants; 
  • Maintaining accurate records associated with food, kitchen, and residential costs;
  • Assist with planning and preparing farmhouse family style meals; 
  • Assist with planning and facilitating kitchen modules working with participants to prepare lunches and personal cooking projects;
  • Assist with ordering and procuring Confluence residential and culinary supplies;
  • Help maintain a clean and sanitized the kitchen and equipment;
  • Educate and motivate the concept of whole foods/unprocessed foods, diet and wellness, cooking skills;
  • Opportunity to develop and provide additional wellness activities to Participants;
  • Household, hygiene, and office orders and inventory; 
  • Assist with weekend/Adventure Days dinner planning, prep and organization; 
  • Adventure day launch support (pack-up and deep-clean); 
  • Complete weekly building audits and assist in addressing any issues; 
  • 40+ hours per week, on campus Monday - Thursday, salaried-exempt position 
  • On-call rotation per cycle to begin 90 days after employment begins.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and training in food service, food safety, allergy awareness  
  • Experience working with teams, schedules and logistics. 
  • Integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism. A strong ability to complete tasks independently and in a timely manner. 
  • Can quickly develop skills using Google Suite, Alleva, Bamboo, and other Confluence software programs. 
  • Must be able to pass background check 

Compensation:

  • Annual salary 
  • CTO accrual of 220 hours per year.
