Join Maine's leader in substance use and eating disorder treatment We are seeking partnership with passionate Residential Supervisor to support our women's residential substance use treatment program in Windham, Maine. This position requires strong leadership skills, organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential program, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu.
  • Supervise and support residential staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Complete supervisory administrative tasks to include time card and schedule management.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure treatment aligns with the needs of residential clients.
  • Facilitate group meetings and therapeutic activities to promote community and healing.
  • Maintain a respectful and empowering atmosphere that encourages growth and recovery.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to support client care.
  • Uphold program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
  • Participate in facilitation of staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Previous experience working in a residential treatment setting, preferably with women and/or individuals with substance use disorders preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices in addiction treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Understanding of confidentiality laws and ethical guidelines.

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
