Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve census stability and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and management to generate referral sources.
  • Work closely with facility and division sales leadership to support the organization's mission and revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with admissions/intake teams to ensure seamless referral processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external marketing plans to increase revenues and profits.
  • Ensure referral priorities are aligned with the organization's vision and strategic goals.
  • Document all activity in our Customer Relationship Manager (Salesforce) system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare business development; one or more years of supervisor experience required.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance coverage, and access to an automobile.
