Mechanical Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled General Superintendent - Mechanical to join our team at Brick Staffing, LLC. As a General Superintendent - Mechanical, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the mechanical construction process, including planning, organizing, and executing projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical construction professionals.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical construction, with a strong background in project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
