Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a prestigious high-rise property in a major metropolitan area. This role entails managing day-to-day operations, fostering tenant relations, and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property operations and train Assistant Manager
  • Oversee vendor contracts, security, maintenance, and repairs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Benefits
