- Communication Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work on-call and handle emergencies, with the ability to respond to situations outside of regular working hours.
