Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.

Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in facilities maintenance and supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues and find solutions that meet the needs of our facilities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to conduct safety inspections and training as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work on-call and handle emergencies, with the ability to respond to situations outside of regular working hours.
