Who We Seek:
Chesapeake Electric is in search of exceptional Electrical Service Technicians with limitless earning potential.
Service Technicians act as the face of the company, utilizing their specialized skills and knowledge to assist our customers. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing their own service vehicle within a month. This role requires expertise in residential electrical work, troubleshooting, estimating, material procurement, sales, customer service, and a strong foundation in electrical principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct all general electrical service calls in residential settings.
Build customer trust and rapport to offer the best solutions regarding products and services.
Understand service objectives and hold oneself accountable for surpassing revenue targets.
Train and guide apprentices to ensure prompt and precise repairs and installations.
Qualifications for Success:

Experience in sales and estimating, with a drive to influence your earning potential.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience, including at least 1 year in residential electrical work.
Experience in leading jobs or service calls independently.
Journeyman License is preferred and necessary for sign-on bonus eligibility.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
A valid driver's license and insurability are required.
