Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the labor, materials, production, and supervision of electrical work on large civil and roadway projects.

• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
• Read specifications such as blueprints to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
• Estimate and order materials and evaluate worker requirements to complete jobs.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers.
• Confer with managerial and technical personnel, other departments, and contractors to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
• Record information such as personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms and reports.

• Prior experience in smart traffic signals, roadway, bridge, and pedestrian lighting is required.
• Knowledge of building and construction, mathematics, customer and personal service, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and excellent communication skills.
