About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Business Development to join our Global Publishing team at Scopely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our distribution and growth strategy globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with top IP partners, new distribution platforms, and vendors in the gaming industry.
  • Articulate the Scopely vision and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Create and execute a global business development strategy that aligns with our overall distribution strategy and principles.
  • Source and negotiate large complex partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Scopely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Business Development/Partnership experience within the digital entertainment industry.
  • Experience creating and executing a global business development strategy.
  • Ability to identify and negotiate large-scale commercial agreements.
  • Gaming experience preferred, particularly in free-to-play games.
  • Passion for video games and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
