General OverviewThe CSR is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific projects that have defined beginnings, ends, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales Associates to outline project scope and formulate a comprehensive implementation plan.
- Coordinate with various teams to identify necessary resources for project completion.
- Create a timeline in conjunction with team managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress to adhere to established delivery schedules.
- Communicate promptly with the Customer Service Manager, Sales, and internal stakeholders regarding any project-related issues or concerns.
- Obtain necessary approvals from the Customer Service Manager/Representative for any modifications impacting the project.
- Travel as needed to deliver proofs, samples, and maintain a professional presence with clients.
- Conduct daily meetings with the production team to review project statuses and receive new assignments.
- Provide daily updates to Sales on production progress across Prepress, Press, and Bindery.
- Execute job details meticulously, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all instructions.
- Utilize system tools for task completion and tracking.
- Respond to all inquiries from Clients, Sales, and Production regarding assigned projects.
- Maintain and update job information as necessary.
- Oversee distribution and mailing processes for each project.
- Manage critical project deadlines effectively.
- Review samples from bindery prior to shipment completion.
- Ensure compliance with specific labeling and boxing requirements before dispatch.
- Coordinate FedEx and UPS shipments as required.
- Assist with CSR tasks in the absence of the primary CSR when needed.
- Engage in Customer Service Meetings and contribute positively.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of Customer Service practices
- Basic accounting skills
- Proficient in word processing and Excel
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Internet savvy
- Effective email communication
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold ethical standards and business practices in alignment with Hudson Printing's values.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- CSRs typically operate in an office setting, although project requirements may necessitate visits to various locations.
- Standard work hours apply, with potential evening and weekend hours to meet project deadlines.
