Personal Injury Paralegal

We are looking for a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in civil litigation processes, from initial case intake through to resolution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal.
  • Prior experience in personal injury law is highly desirable.
  • Organize and manage exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs effectively.
  • Assist attorneys with interrogatories and discovery requests.
  • Act as a liaison between the trial team and external parties, including medical providers.
  • Facilitate communication with retained experts.
  • Support trial activities such as voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation.
  • Subpoena medical, billing, radiology, and employment records.
  • Summarize written discovery and document productions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, One Drive, and Magellan.
  • Capable of managing multiple databases and organizing data efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in trial preparation and support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documents, and court procedures.
  • Possession of an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to accurately record billable hours.
