Responsibilities:
Oversees the management of Research Support Agreements for the designated area. Develops and sustains Research Support Agreements (RSAs) for multiple research divisions.

Collaborates closely with Research Leaders, Scientists, and Administrative Support Staff to create RSAs that will be financed through federal appropriations and/or alternative funding sources.

Compiles and submits time and attendance records for Administrative Support personnel and provides backup for Research Divisions. Assembles lump sum payment packages and tracks processing to ensure timely employee compensation and maintain an up-to-date employee roster. Offers guidance to staff regarding personnel regulations, policies, and procedures that impact their roles. Facilitates new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for new hires.

Acts as the designated Government Commercial Purchase Card holder with purchasing authority up to $9,999 per transaction.

Maintains comprehensive tracking logs, action items, and manages administrative deadlines and transaction records.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of specialized experience directly related to the responsibilities of this role, equipping the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively perform the duties required.

For this position, specialized experience includes producing documents while ensuring accuracy in punctuation, spelling, and grammar; as well as reviewing personnel actions for completeness and adherence to required documentation.
