Position Overview:

This position necessitates a candidate with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to adhere to established processes and frameworks to fulfill our clients' requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively collaborate with your team to provide strategic solutions tailored to our clients.

2. Present findings from due diligence and propose strategies in conjunction with the advisor.

3. Support the service team in preparing all necessary documentation prior to the final renewal presentation.

4. Monitor and address client inquiries promptly.

5. Oversee the development, tracking, and completion of stewardship based on agency revenue.

6. Foster and enhance the ongoing education of Assistant Client Managers and Coordinators.

7. Identify and resolve any coverage issues concerning carriers and clients.

8. Communicate effectively with clients and their stakeholders to gather all relevant information essential for accurate renewal negotiations and pricing, in collaboration with the Reseco Team.

9. Work alongside the marketing team to ensure the accuracy of renewal presentation documents.

Qualifications:
For this role, we seek candidates who possess:

- Several years of experience in managing insurance clientele.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a process-oriented mindset.

- A proven ability to engage with clients on a daily basis.

- The capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- CIC or CISR designations would be advantageous.
