**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Insurance Relief. This is a hybrid position that offers a unique blend of remote and in-office work.

About the Company

Our client is an Arizona-based insurance brokerage that has experienced rapid growth in recent years. They are looking for a skilled Account Manager to help them continue to innovate and disrupt the commercial insurance market.

About the Position

  • Service commercial insurance accounts of all sizes
  • Strengthen and maintain current client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing exceptional service
  • Quote new business, market renewals, and update policies under the direction of the Account Executive/Producer
  • Process certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
  • Resolve client claims issues efficiently and urgently

Requirements

  • Urgency and Efficiency - You understand the deadline demands of insurance issues and are highly organized and diligent
  • Experience - You have 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
  • Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
  • Software - You are proficient with AMS 360 or EZLynx AMS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier rating websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
  • Book of Business - Comprehensive knowledge of a generalized book of business with coverages including construction, transportation, retail, restaurants, work comp, etc.
