Sales and Marketing Executive

Quirch Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, develop, and implement sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements.
- Retain and maintain existing clients while acquiring new customers.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities are carried out within agreed budgets, volume, sales, and time scales.
- Develop constructive and effective solutions to issues that slow down or hamper export procedures and activities.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide relevant information to management.
- Negotiate with other companies to assist in business growth and development.
- Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis.
- Develop plans to help the organization stay ahead in the competition by prioritizing target countries.
- Propose and negotiate sales, pricing, and terms with assigned accounts and new customers.
- Analyze product purchasing options, including identifying best market pricing and supplier options.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
- Develop close working relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Responsible for all sales results at assigned and targeted accounts.
- Responsible for all A/R collections in each assigned account.
- Responsible for pricing and margin management within assigned accounts.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
- Financial/business analytical skills.
- Computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AS 400.
- Category and product knowledge.
- Negotiation skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Pricing (cost to retail) skills.
