Job Summary

As a Talent Management Program Manager at Memorial Hermann Health System, you will lead strategic programs supporting talent and organizational development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects, change management, and budgeting, and reporting to the Director of Talent & Engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Five years of experience in talent, learning, leadership development, change management, or organizational behavior is necessary.
  • Project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.
Principal Accountabilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent review, succession planning, and performance management programs.
  • Manage leadership assessment, simulation, coaching, and development programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collect feedback to fine-tune talent management solutions.
  • Facilitate leadership development and training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify talent solutions and manage vendor relationships.
