Ortho Trauma PCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator Specialist

The Ortho Trauma PCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Responsibilities:- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- An associate degree in nursing or RN diploma is required. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- One year of applicable experience is preferred.
- A current license as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or an active compact license is required.
- BLS certification is also required.
