Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Executive

As a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering, advising, and managing client partnerships. This position emphasizes the acquisition of new business relationships while ensuring the profitability and sustainability of existing ones. Your expertise will be essential in driving sales and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture current and prospective commercial client relationships.
- Collaborate internally to offer comprehensive financial solutions across various banking services.
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding financial solutions and industry trends.
- Oversee and assess client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Maintain a keen awareness of banking industry developments and trends.
- Leverage knowledge of banking services to identify and refer potential opportunities.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of commercial banking solutions, including complex credit structures and treasury management.
- Engage in community initiatives to promote business development.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Compliance and Training:
All team members are accountable for adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will be expected to stay informed about regulatory changes and complete all necessary training related to compliance and banking policies.
About You:
- Possess a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling banking products.
- Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in managing complex client portfolios.
- Strong consultative selling abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Deep understanding of credit structures and financial analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently while mentoring and guiding team members.
Work Environment:
This position requires full onsite engagement.
