- Product Solutions and Sales: Identify opportunities to sell and promote Umpqua Bank's products and services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their financial needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations Leaders, Financial Advisors, and Small Business colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Maintain knowledge of and comply with all relevant bank regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and Regulation E.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of banking and/or sales experience, with a focus on developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Skills: Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, basic understanding of personal finances and budgeting, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate travel outside of the branches, and be authorized to act as a Bank MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) in accordance with the SAFE Act requirements.
