Job Title: Director of Rehabilitation Services

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve rehabilitation outcomes and increase patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of rehabilitation services with other aspects of patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop rehabilitation staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure in the state(s) assigned.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership, including experience in multi-site management.
  • Proven track record of improving rehabilitation outcomes and increasing patient satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
