Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve therapy program outcomes, including increasing revenue and enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop rehabilitation staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure in the state(s) assigned.
  • Minimum of 3 years of rehabilitation experience, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
  • MDS certification (RAC-CT) or other advanced certification preferred.
