Nursing Unit Supervisor

As a key member of the nursing leadership team, the RN Unit Manager is entrusted with overseeing the delivery of exceptional nursing care within the patient care units. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all nursing practices align with the established standards and protocols of the healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct nursing care operations under the guidance of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care management are maintained, fostering a professional nursing environment.
- Oversee the development and management of nursing personnel, equipment, and supplies while ensuring a safe and efficient care environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN Licensure in Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing, particularly with geriatric and adolescent populations.
- Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient growth and development across all age groups.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for adults, children, and infants is required.
