Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Operations Analyst to support our mission. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer service, addressing inquiries, managing tickets, and facilitating support between staff and local network service providers.
  • Assisting in the planning, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and operation of classified information management systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software.
  • Overseeing all facets of classified information systems to ensure efficient agency operations, including information networks and secure equipment.
  • Collaborating with the property manager to collect, track, and report on property accountability for all classified IT equipment and software.
  • Gathering IT requirements and coordinating resources for incoming staff as necessary.
  • Developing both short- and long-term strategies for the allocation and operation of communication and IT equipment to support the agency's objectives.
  • Working with local service providers to address IT needs, including account provisioning and equipment deployment.
  • Coordinating and submitting IT service requests, resolving technology and access issues, processing new employees, and maintaining a well-functioning IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with other local staff to ensure comprehensive support is provided.
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certifications.
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
  • Over 8 years of directly related experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.
