Position Overview: Our client, Manpower Inc, is in search of a Senior Facility Operations Technician to enhance their operational team. Job Title: Senior Facility Operations Technician
Compensation: $30-$32/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Conduct a range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.
- Guide and mentor junior Operations and Maintenance Specialists.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions while utilizing various tools and machinery.
- Plan and organize necessary materials for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Order new supplies and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to established safety protocols during all work activities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address emergency situations at the facility.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, alongside a minimum of five years in a Facility Maintenance role.
- Proficient in maintaining HVAC systems with a solid understanding of maintenance principles.
- Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and interview process.
