- Maintain a high standard of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a customer service or call center setting.
- Manage both outbound and inbound calls effectively within the call center environment.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and converse proficiently.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Efficiently respond to client inquiries and follow up on calls as necessary.
- Identify and escalate priority issues when required.
- Proficiently use Microsoft and Adobe applications.
- Successfully pass a background check or government clearance.
- Have extensive experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Hold a high school diploma or higher.
- Have some experience in skip tracing.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer information in the system.
- Analyze customer situations to determine effective solutions and actions.
- Adhere to phone etiquette guidelines to foster positive customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to analyze customer situations and provide effective resolutions.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, operating from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays.
Compensation:
Pay: $20.00 per hour
