As a Care Specialist in our Step Down Unit, you will provide specialized care for patients transitioning from critical care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, monitoring, and treating patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Job Details
We offer an estimated annual salary of $107,947.52, based on a weekly wage of $2,070.36 and assuming a standard 40-hour workweek.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have current RN licensure and at least two years of recent experience in a Step Down Unit.
- Should possess strong communication and adaptability skills.
