Job Summary

As a Water Resources Project Manager at American Water Works, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of medium to small capital investment projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets asset needs and operations requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects.
  • Drive efficiency in project delivery through metrics analysis and process improvement.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure asset owner satisfaction and coordinate with operations personnel.
  • Interact with technical services and other internal groups to coordinate project approvals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project delivery of major water resources projects.
