Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect and recruit top real estate agents through various channels, including phone calls, real estate events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support and fostering a positive agent experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
  • Active Georgia real estate license (or ability to obtain).

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
