Job Description

This position is responsible for leading the sales team in Atlanta, GA, and ensuring the team's success in meeting sales goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, developing, and motivating sales consultants to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend manager meetings, sales meetings, and office functions to stay informed and aligned with the team's goals.
  • Assist and interact with sales consultants to facilitate their needs, including helping with listings and offering presentations.
  • Achieve specified monthly sales goals and ensure the team is trained and developed in residential real estate transactions.
  • Assist the Broker with training, teach office classes, and assess the needs of the team for training.
  • Conduct new sales executive onboarding interviews and office orientation.
  • Implement a consistent follow-up system with sales executives and recruits, and organize and enter sales executive and recruit information into CRM tools to develop relationships, manage pipeline, and track progress.
  • Assist in scheduling training classes and sales meetings for the office.
  • Help develop systems, contests, and classes to increase production from all sales executives.
  • Facilitate weekly training and assist with out-of-office functions, parties, meetings, and events.
  • Contact, interview, and hire potentially seasoned and new recruits.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up system for existing agents and recruits.
  • Set interview and hire goals per week, month, and year between the Sales Manager and Broker.
  • Attend recruiting presentations as deemed by the Broker.
  • Assist the Broker with any recruiting functions.
  • Maximize the company's profitability.
  • Understand, display, and embody the company's culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Must be a licensed REALTOR in Georgia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to foster strong customer and vendor relationships, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
