Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to our plumbers in the field. As a work-from-home professional, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, texts, and emails, gathering information, managing schedules, and processing new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the plumbing industry will enable you to provide clear answers to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

**Our Ideal Candidate**

We are looking for a problem solver who is eager to help and finds creative solutions. You should be organized, able to manage time well, and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. A fast learner who is willing to learn new skills and a friendly individual who can easily establish a good rapport with people are also essential.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in the office one day per week, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work in both team and individual environments, be willing to learn additional skills, and grow with the company. Additionally, you must live in the Salt Lake Valley.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive wage of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience. Our work-from-home position comes with a range of benefits and perks, including paid time off, paid major holidays, company events, company parties, and company trips.

**Work Schedule**

This full-time remote position typically works Sunday - Thursday from 10 am - 7 pm with alternating weekend shifts.
