We're seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to spearhead our sales organization's success at Clearwater Analytics. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will leverage your expertise to drive business outcomes and foster a high-performing sales team.

  • Provide guidance on performance management, ensuring effective goal setting, ongoing feedback, and performance evaluations to maximize employee engagement and productivity.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and clear communication throughout the sales organization.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and contribute to the development of HR policies and programs that promote a high-performing workplace.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a focus on high-growth organizations and sales teams.
  • Proven experience in sales compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to inform business decisions.

**Our Compensation Package:**

This role offers an estimated salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience. The position is located in Clearwater's New York office, with an in-office requirement of Monday through Thursday and WFH Fridays.
