New Development Sales Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in new development residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve our annual sales goal.
- Lead the on-site sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of related sales experience in new development residential projects or customer-centric business environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
