With a strong background in project coordination and management, you will oversee various development projects across multi-family residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and amenity properties.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project teams and drive successful outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Scheduling and Coordination: Track and manage project timelines, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of development projects.
  • Design Review and Blueprints: Review architectural drawings and blueprints for designated projects, providing detailed comments and take-offs as needed.
  • Owner Liaison: Act as a liaison between owners, architects, contractors, commercial tenants, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Bid Process Management: Assist with requesting estimates and managing the bid process to ensure successful project closings.
  • Project Budgeting and Scheduling: Maintain accurate project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a design-related field.
  • 0-2 years' experience in project coordination or management, preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
  • A proactive attitude when tackling issues and preventing them from arising.
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to changing circumstances.
  • An ability to balance team and individual responsibilities while contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CAD drawings, Microsoft Office Suite, and rendering or raster graphics editors (a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
