We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Associate to join our team at Five Star Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the community's resident population to identify programming needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to develop and implement recreational programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Create opportunities for residents to interact with the community through outside trips, volunteer programs, and arts and entertainment initiatives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of programs through attendance sheets and surveys, ensuring continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring residents receive support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in human services or recreation therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with small groups and individuals.
  • Previous experience working in a senior living setting is a plus.
  • Valid state Driver's License or Chauffeur's license as required by property and/or state.
  • First Aid Certification desired.
