RH Identity Management (IdM) Sr. Consultant

At Georgia IT Inc, we are seeking an experienced Senior IDM Consultant to join our software maintenance and support team. As a Senior IDM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and support for OSP 10 and Rel 7.7 software products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance and support for OSP 10 and Rel 7.7 software products
  • Review and address published vulnerabilities, ensuring the software remains secure and resilient
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Assist in backporting critical CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) to maintain software security
  • Work closely with kernel developers to address software issues and optimize performance
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the software products and their functionality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement software patches and updates
  • Contribute to the improvement of software maintenance processes and procedures
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to provide proactive support and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in RedHat Identity Management software
  • Installation, configuration, debugging of RedHat IDM
  • Expertise in Linux based authentication, Identity stores, authorization policies, Multi factor authentication, Single Sign On, Certification servers, SSL, TLS, multi-domain authentication
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory integration, LDAP, Kerberos, DNS
  • Knowledge in user & group creation, user, file system & service authentications
  • Knowledge in RedHat and Linux internals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in SSSD (System Security Service Daemon), FreeIPA, Microsoft Active Directory, OpenLDAP
  • Knowledge in Python, Shell scripting
