Senior Workday Consultant

Job Summary:The Senior Workday Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday systems, configuring and maintaining Core HCM and Role-Based / User-Based Security, and ensuring compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementation, excellent functional knowledge of Workday Security, and experience in system configuration, compliance, reporting, issue resolution, testing, and training.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain Core HCM and Role-Based / User-Based Security to meet the organization's business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements to ensure processes and workflows are compliant with any local laws.
- Generate regular reports and analytics related to module information for insights or audit purposes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and escalated employee inquiries within a respective module in a timely manner.
- Partner with PSO and ERP Solutions Delivery Team to participate in system testing and upgrades to ensure relevant modules function correctly and efficiently.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to use different functionality within the modules effectively.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 Years' experience leading enterprise Programs, of which at least 4 years must be specialized in Workday implementation.
- Certified in a core Workday functional pillar (HCM, Financials, etc.)
- 3+ years of Workday implementation experience.
- Excellent functional knowledge of Workday Security.
